Know what you own.
Decide what to do.
Some things you love. Some you use every day. Others sit in a cupboard, waiting for you to decide. Bring them into one clear inventory — keep what matters, sell what you no longer need and give useful things to someone who can enjoy them.
What would you like to do with it?
Photo · Details · Location · What happens next
Your belongings.
A clearer picture of what comes next.
You do not have to organise your whole home at once. Start with the cupboard you have been meaning to sort, a few things you want to sell or the boxes for your next move.
Record it simply
Add a photo, name and useful details to the same item record. Keep the photo, location and your next decision together.
Organise & decide
Record a location or box reference. Decide what to keep, sell, give away or move.
Make it useful
Find what you need, update what changes, prepare an advert or export a moving list.
Core inventory use works without AI. The pilot is a Windows application; this website does not store your inventory.
One inventory. Your next decision.
What does it cost new?
What could it sell for used?
Choose an item and request optional AI market research. Look for comparable products and review the findings before setting your asking price.
Buying a replacement?
A new replacement price answers a different question from a used selling price. Check the model, specification and market before using it in your insurance inventory.
Selling something you no longer need?
Compare similar used items, consider their condition and choose your asking price. An advertised price is not a confirmed sale price.
From a decision to an advert.
Choose what to sell, keep the photos and details together, and use optional AI to draft an advert. Review the wording, publish it on your chosen marketplace and record the outcome in ItemFlow.
AI requires your configured API connection. Market and price quality are still being tested. The pilot does not yet store new replacement price and used value as separate fields, and it does not publish adverts to marketplaces automatically.
Your next home.
Take what matters with you.
You are getting ready to move. What do you want to take with you? What could you sell or give to someone else? Start with those choices, then keep track of the things you pack — so settling into your next home feels a little easier.
The Windows pilot creates box QR labels and resolves their identifiers locally. Camera scanning on a phone and PC–mobile synchronisation are not available yet. Updates are recorded by you; QR is not automatic location tracking.
Photos on your PC. Backup under your control.
The Windows pilot stores its inventory in a local database and its photos in local app storage. Use Settings to create a backup of the inventory, photos and their relationships.
Keep a backup outside the computer too. A lost or damaged PC can also mean lost local data.

With your own OpenAI API connection, you can request identification, market research and an advert suggestion. Review the findings and choose what to use.
AI requests can send item details and selected photos to the provider. API charges are separate, and a ChatGPT subscription does not configure this integration.

A few things you might want to know.
What can I start with?
One item, one cupboard or one box. Add photos and details, choose a decision and update the record as things change. A local unfinished new-item draft helps you resume registration.
Where are my photos and inventory stored?
In the Windows pilot, the database and photos are stored inside the application’s local user-data directory. They are not automatically uploaded to this website or to a cloud inventory service. Optional AI processing is a separate external transfer you initiate from the app.
How do I make a backup?
Open the Settings menu at the top right and choose Create backup. The backup contains the inventory and photos, including box photos and stable identifiers. Restore backup replaces the current inventory after confirmation and creates a safety copy. CSV is useful for lists but is not a full backup. Secure backups somewhere other than the same PC.
Can I see what is in a box?
Yes. Link an item using the box reference and open the box’s contents. Box records include destination, location and photos. Labels include a stable box UUID and QR code. Item and box UUIDs are distinct.
Can I scan it with my phone?
The current Windows pilot creates QR labels and looks up their contents locally. The QR token is an identifier, not a public web link to your belongings. A separate phone app and synchronisation are planned; phone scanning into a shared inventory is not currently available.
What can optional AI do?
It can suggest identification, market information and advert text through your configured OpenAI API connection. Review sources, market and currency before relying on a price. The app retains analysis reports per item. User acceptance of real market-research quality is still in progress; suggestions are not guaranteed valuations.
Will AI use my photos?
Item information and selected photos may be sent when you request an AI analysis. Configure the provider deliberately and review the in-app explanation. The latest Windows candidate starts requests directly when you click, without a repeated confirmation dialog. Routine registration does not send photos for AI processing.
Does ItemFlow calculate my insurance cover?
It helps you document belongings and recorded values. Record the valuation basis in your notes. The pilot has an estimated-value field; separate purchase-price and replacement-value fields are not implemented. A resale estimate is not a replacement-cost assessment. Review appropriate contents cover with your insurer. A lower premium is not guaranteed.
Can I export my inventory and moving list?
Yes, as CSV. History can also be exported, and photos with a manifest can be exported to ZIP. Printable box labels can be saved as PDF. Full inventory and moving-report PDFs are not yet implemented.
Can I use ItemFlow on mobile and Windows?
The current app is a Windows pilot. Mobile registration, photography, editing and synchronisation are planned for a later phase. The earlier web pilot does not automatically share an inventory with the Windows app.
How do I get help or join the pilot?
Choose Try ItemFlow to see the current access status and pilot setup steps. A real contact or registration route must be configured before participant recruitment opens. No live support, account or checkout service is connected to this preview.
